Rosin Prepress Mold

With this pre-press mould made of aluminium, the production of solvent-free rosin extracts by using a heat press is not only easier but also much more efficient.

The herbs and plant material is already pressed into the perfect shape by the pre-press and can then be packed very easily and quickly into the rosin filter bags which are then wrapped again in PTFE foil or parchment papers.

So the material is optimally prepared for the subsequent pressing process and all active ingredients are extracted evenly and without loss.
